Cancellation of appointments for private lessons are to be given a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so can result in a non-refunded lesson. NO REFUNDS of any kind will be issued by Stay Waggy! LLC for prescheduled Board and Train Drop-offs. Should you elect to remove your dog from our board and train or elect to not start our board and train program after monies have been paid NO refund will be issued. You have paid to reserve your dogs spot with us exclusively for a set time frame therefore no refunds will be given. We would be happy to adjust and perhaps reschedule if extenuating circumstances should arise. No shows are subject to cancellation of training and non-refunding of training. When you place a deposit for our board and train program you are receiving an agreed upon date to begin training, you are agreeing that the date has been received and understand that NO REFUNDS will be given. By scheduling a Board and Train you are agreeing to all of the aforementioned conditions. This contract between Stay Waggy! LLC and you (client) shall not become effective until the dog is received and the amount due has been paid. At the time the contract takes effect, Stay Waggy! LLC shall reserve the date and time agreed upon, and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said time and date. For this reason in the event that you (client) cancel the contract for any reason, all monies paid shall be retained by Stay Waggy! LLC in order to offset its loss of business. Refunds of any kind, for any service, if any, are at the sole discretion of Stay Waggy! LLC.
